Test Sustanon & Proviron

Hi I’m about to start TRT with Test sustanon 250mg half a 1ml twice a week so 125mg Monday and 125mg Friday and 50mg of proviron everyday and 25mg of clomid every second day to control the oestrogen and planning on staying on this for a long period of time. Have I got my dosages correct? I’ve been trying to read up as much as I can.

Nothing about this is correct. I hope this is not Dr prescribed. If so run away.

250mg/wk is not TRT. It’s a steroid cycle. You don’t use clomid to control estrogen. Do you have any bloodwork to support the need for hormone replacement?

No this is myself trying to get this right before I start. I did think I had the dosage wrong it’s hard to determine from each website what’s a cycle and TRT.

What would be the recommended Test Sustanon dosage I’ve read this is better because of the 4 esters fast and slow. Or Test E 200 once a week?

LH 8.7

FSH 8.6

Estradiol 53

Testosterone 8.0

Your gonna want to start at 120/wk or so and stay there for at least 7-8 weeks to let your body noralize on this dose. After that get bloods and see where you are at. If you feel great and bloods look good stay there. If not adjust. More is not better. Start low. Personally I would use TestE and pin 2x per week to start

FYI-Your bloodwork means nothing without the ranges and you need to test SHBG/free test and all other typical blood panels along with what you have already tested. Your bloodwork only gives a small snapshot of your hormone profile.

Really appreciate the feedback I’ll start with that.

I do have the rest of the blood results somewhere everything else looked good and healthy was just the low testosterone that was spotted this was done at 9am

I would post all bloods and ranges. Low test could be lifestyle diet stress related as well. How much bodyfat are you carrying? When were bloods taken in relation to training ?

All this stuff plays a part. From what I could see your lh/fsh is in range so balls are working. Might be worth investigating a bit more before making a life decision like starting TRT.

No problem I’ll try find them all body fat I would say easy 15%-20% bloods where taken while training has been really good 2 days on 2 days off for over 6 months diet is pretty clean.
