Good day all! I had a Testosterone check done at the Doctor’s office the other day. The results are this…
Total 882
Free Test 87.9
these are the only numbers she gave me for or conversation was over the phone. I’m asking if these numbers are “normal” for my age?
Stats are
29 years old
6’2"
220 lbs
If memory serves there are some members who have some knowledge of the subject.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Can anyone explain what “free test” is exactly?

Free test is test which isn’t bound to plasma proteins; in other words, it’s kinda floating on it’s own. It has to be in this form to enter cells and strike the nucleus with male goodness. Although, the laws of equilibrium beg to wonder the true effect overall i guess.

12 years later.
Total test is 732 ng/dl.
Unfortunately didn’t get my free test taken. But will get that next month.
Current stats
41 years old
6 1/2" (seem to have lost about 1/2")
215 lbs.
Full head of hair, some gray showing, noticeably in my sideburns.
Not nearly as active in the gym anymore. But still have my natural strength, (stronger than nearly all my friends same age.).
Still active, but get tired most afternoons, so I power nap and start moving again.
A friend is doing TRT. Might look into to it, not sure if I need it but why not.
Wow, you replied 12 years later.

Wow that must be some record
You need to get your SHBG drawn, to see if your free testosterone is taking a hit. Might be why your a little tired in the afternoons.
