Test-P Only Cycle

so when you would deadlift and “feel shit coming loose” like… you started to shit your pants?

You guys are a tough crowd to try to describe shit to… lol

No pissing match here. Everyone responds different and if you’re getting gains off other things, great. Seems like you never stuck with it to see results.

Bench I can understand and to a point, but a gym with no weight for a bench press? Doesn’t make sense bench press is probably the most common exercise

You say you don’t incorporate squats in your training that’s why you don’t progress. You don’t need to squat heavy with your ankle. But squating a plate for reps can do wonders for your legs.

And deads you seem like you don’t even do them or try to. Start really light, work on form,
Then start to add weight.

Could be my impatience sets in after a few months and I try something else. You are correct. It’s a gay little gym and it only has about 250-300lbs of plates to put on the bar, but we have to make due with what’s available… :/.

I’ll actually throw in low weight high rep squats into my training. Guess it’s just my ignorance that has kept me from doing it. But you are completely right and I will start that on Monday when I do legs.

I’m also going to try to get back into deadlifts. I had completely given up on it but I’ll give it another shot and hopefully progress up.

heres a short and sweet video that explains everything pretty good but you can look all over youtube and find tons of videos more in depth if you need to but try not to over think it.

250-300lbs for the bench press is plenty. You don’t always have to lift heavy to get big. Through a plate ok bench and go for reps, or rest pause sets, hold the bar at the chest for a good 2-3 seconds and explode up,
This actually made my chest really strong. Or supersets, hit the bench then superset with flys for a stupid pump

Same with squats, rest pause with lighter weight did wonders for my squat. High reps are good too. Start off slow and light for your ankle.

Appreciate the advice and vids. I’m going to to incorporate these some more into my routines. Vid was extremely helpful, I think that’s the best deadlift informative vid I have ever seen. Really hits every point. Anxious to try deads out on Monday.

also, you said you like to use resistance bands at the end of your workout , well you can always use those on the bench as well, put one handle on one end of the barbell and go under the bench and put the other handle on the other side. Definitely a whole new ball game that way.

Have had a frustrating weekend diet wise. National holidays here = no gyms open so 3 days haven’t been able to hit weights. Due to personal issues my diet has been off. Back at 172lbs… nothing I can’t gain back.

I was 172 at time of post but dropped down to 165lbs before starting cycle.

As of today on day 22 I am 175lbs and still gaining. Very happy with results so far.

You are either weighing yourself at different times of the day or your nutrition is terrible as fuck. Hopefully it’s the first option. So here’s my advice…weigh yourself once a week, same day and in the morning on an empty stomach. This will stop the weight fluctuations from messing with your head. Just watch the mirror and make sure you are looking better as you go.

And if you can’t lift then use those days as active recovery. Mobility, bodyweight movements, foam rolling, masturbating…whatever makes you feel good so you can go hard in the gym when you get back. I personally max out anytime I know I’m not going to be able to lift for longer than a few days. Make your body deserve those days off.

aye there’s something weird going on here

Well guys have been doing great cycle is going great. Decided to throw dbol in 30mg a day. Best decision of my life pumps are amazing.

My question is would you guys recommend me to up my dose of adex to 0.5 ed? I’m currently at eod. I still have no symptoms of gyno… but was wondering should I go ed to keep water retention as low as possible?

Wouldn’t hurt

Anyone get extreme lethargy on dbol in mornings? I wake up eat and I just feel like I wanna pass out. Have had to actually take naps to get rid of the feeling. Rest of day I feel fine and full of pumps and well being but its just early mornings I feel like the laziest person ever. I sleep atleast 7 hours a day and I sleep like a baby. Wake up awesome then about 30mins later bam total laziness and lack of energy.

did you up your adex? Low E can make you lethargic.

But yeah, some people don’t feel too hot using orals

^ or it’s your liver telling you to stop fucking with it.

Either way, are you planning on getting bloodwork?

I’m running 0.5mg of adex ed to keep water retention down. I’ll cut it back to eod see if makes a difference.

The weird part is that the lethargy just all of a sudden is gone? I’d think if it were low E or liver it would be prevalent throughout the day, no? Apart from lethargy I have absolutely -no- other symptom. I’m also taking 1200mg of milk thistle a day to help the liver out.

I will be getting bloodwork tomorrow. Apart from e2 and test levels is there anything else I should test for? I got a full panel done before cycle but I lost that damn prescription and being in a spanish speaking country I don’t know wtf things are. Only thing I can translate are E2 and free/total test.

Liver enzymes and complete blood count.
