Test - Mast Dosages

I cruise on 250 test

I’ve been on 300 test E and 200 mast E for ten weeks and want to bump things up for another 10-14 weeks

The options I’ve been considering are:

300 test and 400-600 mast

600 test and 400-600 mast

I don’t want to mega bulk. I just want some lean gains

I aromatize a lot and never got AI dialed in but did well using EQ to control E2 on past blasts and would like to do the same this time with the mast

I feel great on 300 test 200 mast

What do you guys suggest? Especially if you have experience running test with mast

Previous cycles have included:

500 test 300 deca

test up to 750

250 test with 600 EQ and 600 deca

I’m about 210 now and need to get to 190-195 to be as lean as I want

I would like to gain enough over the next few months that I can be just as lean closer to 200

Right now I’m leaning towards 600 test and 600 mast

Mast is BS. Do you take it only as AI and we are basically talking only abt the test doses?

I like mast

My best cycle was 500 test and 300 deca. I put on a ton of muscle and got strong. After I went back to cruise I lost about 8 pounds and was lean but full

500 test and 300 EQ was good. Sex drive awesome, strength and size were maybe on par with test deca and very vascular. Until I started getting nosebleeds from high BP

750 test was nothing

Low test high deca and EQ was nothing

My strength has certainly improved since I went from 250 cyp to 300 test E and 200 mast E snd I don’t think it’s because of the cyp to E change or the extra 50 mg test per week

So yes, I like the AI effect of mast and the mental effect but my strength is certainly going up and I think I am building size as well Just less obvious because there’s no fat or bloat

Also people say mast is like 60% of test. Even if it’s just 50% that would make 600 test and 600 mast the equivalent of 900 test

The only thing I’m concerned with is getting too aggressive from the 600 mgs of mast on top of 600 test but I guess we’ll see

Curious why you think so? It doesn’t move the needle much in the way of mass or strength but its a great adjunct/polisher to Test IMO.

I happened to like Test/Mast a lot when I used to cycle. As with @eyeoftheneedle76 stated, it really helped minimize any E2 sides. It was a nice feel good drug too for mood and libido.

Diet down to 185 very lean and then bulk up from there?

I’m trying to avoid the cut bulk stuff. I’m actually pretty happy with my build and strength right now and was planning on staying on a perma blast of test and mast for a few months while I slowly cut down and maybe built a little more muscle along the way

I’m sure you know what it’s like to start a baby cycle and start to think what would happen if you raised the stakes a little

Anyway, I don’t want to cut and thrn bulk and cut again. This is hopefully my last horah and I’ll just stick to a little test from now on, maybe throw some gh in eventually

Yeah, at 215 coming off a blast I thought 195 would look awesome. Sitting at around 188, I’ve changed my mind. I think around 180 would look really good for the end of the cut. A bit of weight will come back and probably I’ll be about 185, but it seems at least with me, that I need to add about 10 lbs to the cut to actually be were I want.

In the end, I just can’t be all the far from what’s possible just on TRT/ cruise.

I know u like mast, but im just going by my own personal experience. I have done prop and enanthate esters up to 1g, and i didnt see anything. Gave em good 8 weeks to kick in - nothing. I didnt even look much leaner or dryer, even tho i wasnt fat at the time. I also didnt get the increased libido etc some people mention.
It also didnt touch my e2… Boldenone however is a great AI for me. If it werent for the nosebleeds id keep it in my cruise, but the bleeding nose is a pain in the ass in my line of work(gets punched here and there and nose starts to bleed even from a very light touch on the nose).

Thats cause you didnt count the blast bloat… 215 on a blast is like 200-205 on a cruise, so youd actually look fatter at start. And then you cut from there. Unless very lean already at 205, a 195 is not enough of a weight loss.
At least for me, if i see a full 6 pack, i still have at least 20lbs to lose, lol. Which actually now is the same calculations you made - 215 goes to 205 after a blast and loses at least 20lbs to be around 180-185.

People forget that some size is just drug size, not actual muscle tissue. I could frontload test and up it from my cruise dose to like 1,5g and in 2 weeks i will look a LOT bigger. Its not muscle. Same goes the other way, when on a cut you sit at 180lbs super lean, you have to realize that its the depleted state. Have a cheat day, then stick to a maintenance and youll be 187lbs probably, with some love handles back on you. If lucky. Might even blow up to 190lbs.

That is why always when i set my goals i always push past at least 10lbs… So if u wanna lose 10, lose 20, because after you eat normal, youll bloat back a bit, etc.
