If you want to drop weight fast and easy, and have the discipline, carnivore diet is what you want.
Also, get in the gym, get serious and lift weights.
Forget the TRT/cycle for now because it looks like you’re after a quick fix.
In 6 months if you still struggling, than consider TRT. You’ll be in a better place having lost some weight and may even reduce sides you’d get if you started now.
I’m waiting on doc to call me bought my results but in the message she put results normal in Kaiser messages. I’m assuming no trt but I have to wait to see. I have gear on hand if need be but I’m getting my labs and just checking myself out first it’s been bought 8 years since last cycle dabbled when I was younger. Now I’m trying to loose weight and get my diet under control I feel like just running test only light weight cycle and trying to drop weight. Any insight as to a good diet plan much appreciated
I hit gym 2 x a day or every other day. Been going strong for only 3 months just getting the behavior down and yes looking for a quick fix against my better judgement but I need to get my diet down before I make any rash decisions. So carnivore hmmmginna chech that out. I do fasting and low carb now but it’s hard to stay on track
I assume your talking about low test level symptoms nahhh I’m very active no Ed no issues sex drive is good I just thought I would check levels I’m telling doc I have issue so I can get on trt to assist with gains but like I said I have gear just trying to get a good diet plan down and good gym plan down staying consistent and do all I can before jumping on gear I’m not very experienced dabbled in My younger years. I’m probably gonna run test only if I drop weight and get my diet down just need a good diet plan looking into carnivore plan
@BrickHead appreciate your knowledge and insight 47 years old trying to get it finding out hitting the iron and using gear af a young age DIDNT teach me nothing learning the real balance is hard asf now it’s not easy
I’m not aware of any symptoms I feel great I go to gym i have no issues unless I’m just oblivious or used to I’m looking to be a beat I have this vision and we’ll gear or no gear I’m getting there just looking for some advice and like people to guide me I need the help lol
You need to get down to about 15% BF before you cycle. You have a long way to go. I’m 1-2” taller than you and about 35lbs lighter. I look pretty big for my size. Catching the drift? Drop 50lbs, figure out the lifestyle before you ever consider the needle. Hard love but truth. Just looking out for you.
@blshaw just pursuing all advice and getting blood work and checking my overall health and seeking nutrition advice so I can shed weight before jumping on cycle
