Test Enth, Dbol, Proviron Cycle

I started on hCG (Pregnyl) and Adex today. For those who order the 5000iu Pregnyl kit, I’ll outline how I reconstituted it.

The 5000iu Pregnyl kit comes in two amps. One is 2ml in size and has the freeze-dried hCG in it. The other has 1 ml of diluent in it. The problem is that for a typical dose we want to use (250iu EOD), we want to reconstitute with either 2.5ml of diluent or 5ml.

I went to a local pharmacy and bought 10ml diluent since that was their smallest format. It only cost a couple of bucks. I also bought a sterile vial (5ml or larger is fine). When I returned home, I drew 1ml of diluent into a syringe and injected it into the open hCG amp.

It immediately reacted and became a clear solution. I then drew that into a syringe and injected it into the sterile vial. I finally added another 1.5ml of diluent so there was a total of 2.5ml of the final hCG solution.

That equates to 2000iu/ml or 1000iu/0.5cc or ml. So to inject 250IU EOD, simply draw 1/4 of the 0.5cc insulin syringe (12.5 lines into the 50 lines on the syringe).

The Adex tasted fruit flavored and quite enjoyable even if the small 0.2 ml amount was miniscule. I used the graduated dropper supplied with the Adex to drop the dose into a shot glass, then drank that, then added fresh water and drank the residue to get the full dose. If any of you have a better technique, please let me know.

Second E3D 250mg Test E inject is tomorrow. I have been on dBol 10mg 3x/d and Proviron 25mg 1x/d for three days now. The dBol should start kicking in soon.

My appetite has been even better than normal. I am eating clean protein, fat and veggie meals every couple of hours and adding a couple of protein shakes a day. I re-integrated high GI carbs into my PWO shake yesterday in the form of 14 ounces of Pineapple juice mixed with 2 scoops of protein powder.

I will change my training tomorrow to a 4 day split doing two circuits of 3 exercises for 3 sets. Tomorrow is chest and back.

A1) BB Bench press - 6 reps (no rest)
A2) Incline DB press - 10 reps (no rest)
A3) Pec deck - 25 reps (up to 3 min rest)
Repeat 3 times

B1) Pull ups - 6 reps (no rest)
B2) Seated pull downs - 10 reps (no rest)
B3) Seated chest-supported rows - 25 reps (rest up to 3 min)
Repeat 3 times

Did 2nd inject first thing this am. Used other side ventro-glute. I heated up the oil by placing the loaded syringe in a glass of hot tap water for about 10 minutes. It went in smooth again and no pain.

I noticed yesterday when I transferred a loaded syringe to a sterile vial through a filtered w/5 micron needle that pushing the oil through a 25G needle is really slow! It is a lot more evident when you do this outside of your muscles and see the oil dripping from the needle end. That is why I have to press like a bastard on the plunger when it is in my muscle to inject. Works out OK though since it forces you not to rush injection. It is physically impossible to squeeze the oil through the 25G needle too quickly. This may prove a little uncomfortable when reaching back for a glute shot.

I figure I’ll be using 6 - 8 sites. Ventro-glutes, delts, quads, glutes.

I am starting to feel the libido creeping up. I am looking forward to training in a couple of hours.

What are your recommendations for timing dBol 10mg dose prior to training. I figure 2-3 hours before training is good for max benefit.

Proviron should start chopping my SHBG levels soon (if not already). That should contribute to libido and free test.

I’ll be having 16 ounces of Pinapple Juice with 2 scoops of protein powder and a heaping teaspoon of glutamine PWO this am. I’d love to have some Biotest Surge for PWO, but cash is tight now so I’ll make due for the moment. I also have a 1 scoop protein shake with 1 heaping teaspoon creatine before working out.

I have been toying with stimulants prior to training to get really focused. My bud at the gym lets me use his HOT-ROX whenever I want. I don’t like to abuse it though since it ramps up cortisol and diminished my appetite. I get really wired on it which is great for workout focus, but drags on way after training.

I had an espresso before training last Sunday. It focused me like a laser beam and put me in a fantastic mood. I was tossing good vibes around to everyone in the gym. I am very sensitive to coffee even though I normally have one after each main meal (3x/d). I tried to duplicate that response two more times later in the week and got mediocre results. I wish I could find something consistent with no cortisol or appetite drawbacks.

Tonight I will have my once a week cheat meal. A 10" Pizza and dessert and coffee after.

I’ll be keeping an eye on my body comp and if it improves, I’ll start adding a carb component to meals during the day, especially 1st meal after my PWO shake.

I was out all day today. I trained in the am. My strength and endurance was not very impressive, but my pump and muscle hardness has ramped up. I threw 5g of creatine into my pre-workout shake so I don’t know if that is partially responsible, but muscles were already feeling harder before that. Especially biceps.

I had lunch and went shopping with a female friend. She has a great little body and she tried on a bunch of tops with low rise jeans and spagetti string black undies peeking out here and there.

I met another female friend for supper. I had my cheat meal for the week - a delicious pizza at our favourite pizza resto. We went to another place where we know everyone and had a cafe latte and espresso/almond cheese cake. To die for!! We chatted with friends and came back to my place. I was already worked up from my first friend’s try ons and the vixens circulating around the store and yet others slipping in and out of tops, dresses, low rise jeans, etc. I had started relishing the idea of getting it on with my second friend as we were talking while eating pizza so by the time we were back at my place I wasted no time in inviting her in. She was happy because I have not been in the mood for over 1 month now. Well all I can tell you is that something is definitely pumping up my libido because we both had smiles from ear to ear after we were done.

Now, is it the dBol, the Proviron, the test E, the hCG, a combo of all 4? Your guess is as good - or better than mine.

Anyway, it was a pretty cool day…

I trained legs today. I did the following:

A1) Front Squats (6 reps) no rest
A2) Leg Press (10 reps) no rest
A3) Leg extension (25 reps) rest 3 mins
repeat 4 times

B1) Leg curls (6 reps) no rest
B2) RDL (10 reps) no rest
B3) Reverse hyper (25 reps) rest 3 mins
repeat 4 times

I didn’t feel stronger than usual but pushed myself and enjoyed the workout.

I used a pre-workout shake (10 mins before training) with 3 ounces coffee, 5 ounces water, 1 scoop protein powder (27g protein), 3 ice cubes.

I used a PWO shake comprised with 16 ounces pineapple juice (60g carbs), 2 scoops protein powder (54g protein), 10g glutamine, 5g glycine.

After the increased libido on Saturday, it has tapered down somewhat. I would have expected more of a boost from the dBol by now. This is day 6 of 30mg/d dBol use. Day 6 of 25mg/d Proviron. Tomorrow is 3rd test e E3D 250mg dose. Tomorrow is 3rd EOD 0.2mg Adex use and 3rd 250iu hCG use.

I gained a few pounds from 157 last week to 161 today, but I often gain weight after my cheat meal on the weekend. I have been eating more however, and been hungrier. Body comp wise, I seem to have a little gut today. Too early to determine any trend.

I did my 3rd 250mg E3D inject this am. I used the left delt. It was way more awkward than ventro-glute. First, I have 1.5" needles so I didnt’t insert it fully. Second, it is hard to aspirate and inject due to having only one hand available and given how hard it is to squeeze the oil through a the 25G needles I have. I actually chose not to aspirate so as not to massacre the site by moving the needle around too much. I also removed the needle after about 1/3 of the dose was injected, thinking that I would inject the rest in my quad. I decided to re-insert about 1/2 inch below where I had started with in the left delt. I completed the inject and it feels pretty good. I guess I’ll get better, but that is not an easy site.

Today called for all my gear on the same day as per schedule. That is 250IU hCG, .375ml Adex (I increased from .25 after KSman expressed concern that .25 EOD was too little and also my libido faded since Saturday), dBol, Proviron, in addition to 250mg test e.

My sleep is more interrupted than usual. I go about 2 hours of good sleep before waking and munching on some nuts, then repeat the cycle several more times thoughout the night. Very piecemeal. It takes more hours to get adequate sleep in this manner. I have been getting up for a leak and a sip of water several times a night for years, but this is more than before. Anybody else experience this? Any good tips to sleep longer/better?

IME i dont get any dramatic gains from orals such as drol or bol under the beginning of the third week and in all honesty i get the best gains from those orals after 5 weeks starts, this includes strength.

I do not seem to get strength gains very easily though - i do, but they take alot longer than many guys.
I am not a “strong man” though by most standards…

I find steroids frustratingly slow… even the fast ones! Many guys feel something immediately - even of the long ester tests… but i just notice aggression - not confidence, strutting, libido etc… just aggression and a general feeling of being pissed off…! lol

Thanks for the input JJ. I was starting to wonder why I wasn’t feeling more. Hearing about the wide variance in how individuals respond to AAS gives us the solace of knowing that we are not alone when the best outcomes do not immediately materialize.

Id watch out how many people you tell that you much on nuts in the middle of the night. Thats possibly something not to share with the rest of us.

But whatever you need to fall back asleep I suppose.

On a more serious not. I find that once the AAS kicks in I need a quite a bit less sleep and find that when I wake up in the am Im almost buzzed, rather than feeling somewhat groggy as most do when they first wake up.

I guess I walked into that one.

I am also expecting to require less sleep once AAS kicks in. I would love to sleep more consecutive hours however. I guess the increased appetite is a good sign. I started my cycle 1 week ago. When would you expect me to start feeling a significant surge?

Also concerning how much I eat. I feel more snug in my pants already which highlights a little bloat and gut-gain. Should I throttle back caloric intake a little until?

Nocturnally, nuts are always better than tube steaks.

I would buy new pants and bulk as much as I can. Make the most of the cycle.

I see I am a magnet for chuckles. All in good fun. I agree that I want to bulk as much as possible. Just don’t want to get too sloppy.

It could just be bloat though. When I was on cycle I almost couldn’t even get my watch on anymore. Now it’s getting back to normal. Sadly, you won’t keep everything post cycle.

1st set of each set 6 reps - no rest
2nd set of each series 10 reps - no rest
3rd set of each series 20 reps - 3 mins rest

4 sets each series

A3 Seated DB lean forward lateral raise

B1 Flat bench BB narrow grip presses
B2 Flat bench BB tricep extensions to forehead

I felt a little introverted and wanted to stay to myself this morning. I am normally very sociable so that was a little strange. A female friend at the gym noticed??

I felt a little stronger than usual and enjoyed the workout. I got a very good pump. This type of training is not my forte, but I figure any type of training can work for a while.

As an ectomorph I prefer low reps, heavier weights, and generous rest periods in between sets. I want to try Reg Park intermediate 5 x 5 after a few weeks of my current program. That should coincide with the test really kicking in.

I have gained 6 - 7 lbs in a week from 157 to 164 today. Some of that is due to increased caloric intake and some I’m sure is bloat. I have a bit of a gut, but its not out of control yet. I missed my afternoon snack because I kept my vixen friend company again.

The one that I went shopping with on Saturday. She was wearing her tiny black zippered mini dress again. When she sits down it rides up to just below her crotch. She wears the tiniest little black spagetti string underthings.

When she drives me around in her car it rides up even more. She came in to my appartment later to use my Internet and I wanted to tie her to my bedposts…

Excuse me I am getting carried away.

I feel good this evening and libido is again up there.

I did a lot of walking today. Probably about 10+ miles. I had contracts to sign as I start work on Monday. I will be back to the 5 day grind. I am fortunate however that I only work 7 hours a day including lunch and Tuesdays are 6 hours including lunch. 34 hours per week.

I can train after work in the afternoon. I much prefer the morning, but I start work pretty early so I guess the afternoon will be OK. I did some twice a day training last year while working the same hours and it is very doable if one is highly motivated and disciplined.

I will have to settle back in and let the stresses abate a little before attempting that. I’ll monitor how I feel and train accordingly. I am curious to see what I weigh tomorrow morning when I train chest & back again. For now I am training EOD - 1) chest/back 2) Legs 3) Shoulders/bi’s/tri’s

Tomorrow is inject#4. I will try the other deltoid (right), but if that is too difficult I may do pecs instead. I am ditching delts as a site since using only one hand is too difficult.

I may use HOT-ROX for a boost tomorrow. I just hate the appetite dulling aspect of the stuff.

I did 4th inject today. Right delt. Difficult inject with one hand and virtually impossible to aspirate. I didn’t again, but will in all future injects (in other sites).

I will not use the delts anymore unless someone pins for me. That said, I heated up my syringe in a glass of hot tap water and it went in real smooth and no pain at all.

I trained chest/back today and you can find the workout earlier in my thread (less than a week ago). I had 2 HOT-ROX and was well focused and in a very friendly mood.

I was not hugely stronger, but felt a great pump and was able to complete more reps than usual. I really felt strong in the first couple of sets of chin-ups and felt the biceps swelling up nicely.

I walked a couple of miles to the gym and back after lunch. I really enjoy my PWO shake of 16 oz pineapple juice (60g carbs), 2 scoops protein (54g protein), 5g glycine (quells cortisol).

For lunch I went to Basha (Lebanese) and had 4-5 healthy veggie salads and a good 250g chicken with humus.

I was fortunate to have really nice weather this past two weeks before I start work on Monday. Hopefully I will adapt quickly to work & training and continue to progress.

I gained another 1/2 pound to 164.5. That is 7.5 pounds in less than two weeks. I don’t feel very bloated, but have a little gut. I feel comfortable at this degree of badyfat so I will run with the bulk and not worry too much about restraint unless I start getting sloppy.

Morale and feeling of well being is good. Libido is good - not out of control. My regular bed partner was under the weather this week :frowning:

The delts are always a good place to pin. When you pin other sites, practice with only one hand. You’ll get the hang of it after a while. It’s a good thing you didn’t go with the 1ML syringe. That would practically be impossible to aspirate one-handed since the plunger would be so far out.

Hey Shadow,

What gauge needle do you use? I find with 25G 1.5" it is really hard to pull the plunger back or push it in (especially with one hand) because of the viscosity of the oil.

I just recently started using 25G exclusively. When you’re actually injecting, it’s a little bit slower with a smaller pin. But I don’t think it really matters what gauge when you’re aspirating since nothing is going through the needle.

What brand barrels are you using? I’ve noticed the Exel’s are a bit sticky and harder to use than Terumo. They just don’t seem to glide as easy for some reason. Even my Terumo 29G slin pins shoot fast and smooth considering the size.

It could just be in my head. But maybe change brands just to see how it works for you.
