I’ve been a long time lurker on this board. A little about me, I am 26 years old, naturally ecto body type. I started lifting 4 years ago and went from 125 to my current weight 205. I completed my first cycle which was Test E @ 500mg/week with a Dbol kickstart (25mg/day, weeks 1-4). I used arimidex .25mg eod and nolva 40/40/20/20 for pct. I gained 25lbs and appeared to be about the same body fat as before I started. The only sides were some night sweats (maybe 3 nights), faster hair growth and small amounts of acne. The Dbol seemed to make me much more aggressive than I normally would be, but nothing happened that would make me not take it again. Diet consists of roughly 4500 calories a day, mostly clean. I am not too worried with putting a little fat on because I can cut very easily.
I need a little advice on where to go from here. I plan to start the cycle on May 1st (or close to then). My goal is to recomp, keep about the same weight, but gain muscle and lose fat. I want to look good for summer. I estimate my body fat now is 12%. I figure I will go on a cycle and cut calories to about 3,000 to achieve this. I plan on using long esters as it will require less pinning (I hate pinning, a friend needs to do it for me!). I plan to run basically the same cycle as the first, but run masteron as well.
Weeks 1-4 Dbol - 25mg/50mg/50mg/50mg daily
Weeks 1-12 Test E - 500mg/week, frontload 1000mg first week
Weeks 1-12 Mast E - 500mg/week
PCT starts week 15 - Nolva - 40/40/20/20
Arimidex will be ran on cycle, but from what I read, masteron lowers estrogen as well. I may be able to get away with .25mg e3d.
I will have enough nolva on hand in case any gyno becomes noticeable.
I would like suggestions on the cycle. I haven’t found much on dosing of mast, I am unsure if it is too much for a second cycle.
