Test E/Mast E Cycle

Hello all,

I’ve been a long time lurker on this board. A little about me, I am 26 years old, naturally ecto body type. I started lifting 4 years ago and went from 125 to my current weight 205. I completed my first cycle which was Test E @ 500mg/week with a Dbol kickstart (25mg/day, weeks 1-4). I used arimidex .25mg eod and nolva 40/40/20/20 for pct. I gained 25lbs and appeared to be about the same body fat as before I started. The only sides were some night sweats (maybe 3 nights), faster hair growth and small amounts of acne. The Dbol seemed to make me much more aggressive than I normally would be, but nothing happened that would make me not take it again. Diet consists of roughly 4500 calories a day, mostly clean. I am not too worried with putting a little fat on because I can cut very easily.

I need a little advice on where to go from here. I plan to start the cycle on May 1st (or close to then). My goal is to recomp, keep about the same weight, but gain muscle and lose fat. I want to look good for summer. I estimate my body fat now is 12%. I figure I will go on a cycle and cut calories to about 3,000 to achieve this. I plan on using long esters as it will require less pinning (I hate pinning, a friend needs to do it for me!). I plan to run basically the same cycle as the first, but run masteron as well.

Weeks 1-4 Dbol - 25mg/50mg/50mg/50mg daily
Weeks 1-12 Test E - 500mg/week, frontload 1000mg first week
Weeks 1-12 Mast E - 500mg/week
PCT starts week 15 - Nolva - 40/40/20/20

Arimidex will be ran on cycle, but from what I read, masteron lowers estrogen as well. I may be able to get away with .25mg e3d.

I will have enough nolva on hand in case any gyno becomes noticeable.

I would like suggestions on the cycle. I haven’t found much on dosing of mast, I am unsure if it is too much for a second cycle.

Thoughts or opinions are appreciated.

You want to look good for summer but youâ??re running a 3 month cycle right in the middle of summer, might want to start that a little earlier.

Your Dbol kicker start. Are you running that because you just like dbol, the bloat and water weight during a “recomp” cycle? Donâ??t get me wrong dbol is a fine drug but not for a recomp and def not for summer.

You claim to be able to drop body fat easily.
You could cut now and then do a lean bulk till you achieve desired weight, or what I would do is drop the dbol and start my cycle March 1st through the end of May.

Also get over needles, making your buddy do it is just weird! No one their first few cycles was like “I canâ??t wait to jam this piece of metal into my thigh” but we sacked up and did it anyway.

-Dbol kick start - I did not have much water retention/bloat from running the dbol first time around. I don’t see it having a hindering effect on my recomp. Is there something better that would be suited for the kickstart?

Cool if you had no sides then run it.

Then you don’t loose fat easily. Your loosing muscle, strength and size as well. (Probly the Dbol bloat). Your not PCT right or your diet and training are crap.

If your gonna start in may and want to get ready for summer I would start cutting in march and then lean bulk on cycle. Your cycle looks good, I don’t really blow up on dbol all that bad but if you want to be cut for summer your gonna hold a little water while running the dbol. I also think EQ would be a nice addition to your cycle

Why not switch dbol for some var?

I would be willing to throw in Var instead of Dbol but I was thinking I only wanted to take one new compound on at a time. I’ve read var sides are very mild, so maybe Var at 50/75/75/75/75/75 would be a good kickstart. Any opinions?

As for Eq, I don’t prefer to throw any more injectables in on this cycle, but I would consider it if anyone thinks there would be significant advantages to doing so.

Do the var at 75 all 6 weeks, forget about eq for right now.
