Hi I am new to this forum ,I am 6ft 97kg age 29 male with approx B.F 0F 20%,I have been working out on and off since i was 19 ,I am looking forward to test e cycle of 250 mg a week for 6 weeks, this is gonna be my first cycle ,would i need a PCT AND HOW WOULD IT EFFECT MY BODY FAT .i am now regular for last 3 months ,with weights on one day and cardio on next day for six day week, please advice ??
Learn more about steroids, your cycle is a waste of drugs. Too short and too low dose, and yes, pct is necessary.
I would try to get the fat % down before doing a cycle.
Thanks@Razzi ,how long the cycle and dosage be and what sort of B.F%?can you any other alterbative to test E as my first cycle
Test-e is fine. I’d suggest to get the bf under 15 before starting. Search the answers to your other two questions, they are easy to find. While you do that READ MORE about steroids in general…
You must know what you are doing and injecting yourself before starting using any steroid. Start by reading the stickies on this forum. They are at the top of the steroids forum.
Ye you should defo get BF down to 15%
try a clen cycle and a keto diet. Google both of them for more info
And when you do get to 15% BF. This is a great first scale:
Weeks 1-12: 500mg Testosterone ethanate
Weeks 1-4: 40mg a day dianabol
2 weeks off then pct:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
If you can get HCG then that will help. And have adex on hand.
thanks guys, Honestly i have been working out for a long time and have my weight issues eversince ,my goal is to become fit ,I am pretty strong on a good day i can do decline bench around 330 pounds ,i lost around 15 pounds last year but in last 3 months have put on 9 pounds due to lack of diet ,but have got my self on track eating clean and along with 3 days of weights and 3 of cardio, will any sort of gear can just give me a jumpstart.?
I wouldnt use anything before you have dropped your bf. It shouldnt take too long to drop about 5%. Few months maybe.
thanks razii
with the stats that you list, steroids are not the answer… They are definitely not a magic pill, and won’t give you the boost you are expecting…
consider using the money to hire somebody to construct a diet and training program.
thanks@Prisoner hireing a trainer is out of my reach ,i can learn a lot from you guys,
My current diet plan is
Meal 1) 8 egg whites two slices of brown bread and a small cup of lentils
Meal two) 220 gms of chicken breast with two slices of brown bread
Meal 3) 250 gms of chicken breast with big bowl of brown rice and veges
i used ta have a protein shake as well but have stopped takeing was just getting to boreing
Kindly advice on diet and supplements as my goal is to lose about 8 kgs of weight without big loss of muscle my workout schedule is in my first post
You should ask help from the supplements and nutrition forum.
well first off 3 meals a day is not enough… you need to spreadem a little more apart. divide your meals you have there into 6 portions instead of three and now you are getting somewhere…
OP, read the steroid newbie thread and the SERM an AI sticky. Follow the diet and training advice you receive on here and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the results ![]()
There are some good articles on nutrition by John Berardi

I agree with the other guys. Read the stuff from John Berardi that they provided links to. 3 meals is not enough. You would be surprised how much diet will help. It is essential to good progress.

I think the whole meal frequency thing can be a bit overstated. Don’t get me wrong i eat five meals a day (simply becuase i can’t eat big enough / enough protien with a 3 meals a day protocol.) But the notion that 6 - 7 is better than 3 can be debated.
