Well guys I finally think I am ready to start my first cycle. I think I have everything ready to go but I wanted to run it by U guys to get a little constructive criticism before I get started.
First I will start with my stats, I am 26y/o, weigh 175lbs, height 5’9", 9.2% b/f, been training for 3 years on and off and 3 years hard. I plan to do Test E 500mg 1-12w, D-Bol 40mg daily 1-5w, A-dex 0.25EOD 1-12w. PCT, Novaldex 30/30/20/20 14-17w, Exemastane 20/20/20/20 14-17w or Test Taper whatever PCT U guys recommend for this cycle.
This is the diet I put together for my cycle I would like some constructive criticism on it also. I divided it into proteins,carbs,and fats and total calories at the end.
The milk’s name is in spanish cause I live in Puerto Rico in case U think WTF milk is that. Oh I work at night thats why I have those strange hours for the meals.
