Test E Fat Loss Cycle. Training/Diet Advice?

Running my second cycle of test and really trying to lose some fat % and weight

Any recommendations for workout plan/diet

12-14wks
250/wk

Step 1) Don’t buy Test E. Save money for step 2.
Step 2) Hire good personal trainer to start on a solid training regimen
Step 3) Purchase a good book on nutrition or simply scour the internet
Step 4) See step 1… Don’t buy Test E. Or any AAS for that matter. You need to learn the basics.

You have a Popeyes soda and tostitos in the photo. Please take the above advice. You NEED to get your nutrition and training in order before using AAS. You have TONS of natural ability left man. TONS.

Don’t be knocking Popeyes. However, soda is something that is pretty easy to eliminate from ones diet, and has a large impact. I only drink sugar free stuff now. Probably not great either, but better (IMO) than downing 250 calories of straight corn syrup. Really the only beverages I drink with calories are protein shakes, and beer on the weekend.

Haha, well I do hate fried chicken. But I was more so commenting on the soda portion. Even the sandwich bread isn’t great.
