Test E , Equipoise, and?

New to this,
I just got done with my first cycle testosterone was in the dumps
Started with Test E and in a month worked my self up to 1 C/c twice a week with Eq
Stayed on Eq for 12 weeks and test for 12
Except the begging month was .25, pyramid up
I was looking for a third stack with it to get leaner and look more athletic, without ruining my sec life
I’m 48yrs old and in January I weighed in at 260lbs got sick and lost 40lbs from valley fever now I’m looking to put some muscle back on really like the cycle but wasn’t sure if I should take testosterone still and pyramid down as a TRT and for how long before I blast again
Any advice would be appreciated

Not sure if there is a language barrier or you just have really bad grammar but there is no reason to pyramid up or down when you take gear. If you had done any research before starting this you would have known that.

Unless you’re 6’5 and yoked this is not an ideal place to be to use anabolics. Either post a pic and prove you’re not fat or stop all this nonsense until you have a proven training and nutrition plan.

Here’s some advice then: post in the appropriate forum, imbecile.

Keep researching pertinent threads here.

Can you translate this? I read it more like two run-on sentences. And even then, it is difficult to understand.

Is it, “I just got done with my first cycle. My testosterone was in the dumps.”

Do you see how confusing it still is?

When telling the amount of an AAS, never give us volumes (cc’s). The AAS source could be in any concentration. Tell us the number of milligrams that you are taking. It is simple arithmetic to calculate.

Are you still at 220lbs? How tall are you? How many years have you lifted weights?

An initial starting point for using AAS would be for “a 220lb you” to bench press 330lbs for at least one rep and to squat 440lbs for at least one rep. If you weigh more than 220lbs, you need to be proportionally stronger.

Although I agree with you, going by this criteria I think you just excluded 90% of everyone dabbling in AAS and are not powerlifters.

Mast or Primo would have little to no negative affect.

But you need to stack “proper diet” with this to actually get leaner. Gear isn’t going to do shit to help you get leaner.

Let’s be real, your illness didn’t cause you to lose 40lbs.

It is steep, especially if the person hadn’t been lifting for quite a few years. My concern was OP had been as heavy as 260lbs. He lost 40lbs due to an illness. I would have liked much more of an explanation about his strength at 260lbs and what it is at 220lbs. He might have the propensity for poor body composition. If he isn’t relatively strong he might have more problems using AAS.

We just need more information. A 6’ 0" 260lbs looks much different than a 5’ 6" 260lbs looks if both have the same body composition.
