Ballparking that in the 3,000ish calorie range with around 100g protein (so, like, 15ish% calories from protein). That’s a low protein diet and an underlying source of your current situation.
As was said, fix your nutrition before starting a cycle.

@swarmin The gains I made on 200mg/week the first year weren’t anything I couldn’t have done without it. The first few months I gained 15 or so pounds of water weight. I understand what you are wanting but I can tell you from experience it’s not going to be what you get. The bad part is you likely won’t even get to keep your gains because you have to come off. Get your blood tested and see what your natural levels are. If they are good then it’s not worth risking them. If they are low you can get on TRT and get what you’d get if you had high normal levels. I thought I was going to be jacked on TRT by month 3 but it turned out it be month 24. At your weight/height you can gain 30 lbs much quicker than you think by just getting nutrition right regardless of what you do in the gym. If you have good natural testosterone levels you’d be nuts to risk that for an 8 week borderline TRT cycle.
If you do go ahead and do the 250mg make damn sure to get blood work done beforehand.
Here’s a list of what to get:
Add LH & FSH
There is a snob factor on this forum because of the number of uninformed people on steroids.
I mean, how does one know about steroids before even knowing about basic nutrition and training? Which you clearly have no idea about.
Your just another person with google and a credit card who types in ‘buy steroids online’ then thinks they have it all figured out.
fucking eat first mate.
The god honest truth
what you eating on non training days?
the thing is, you’re looking to put on muscle, which will not happen if you are not willing to eat because you are afraid of getting huge.
I know I would be starving if I ate that little every day. My breakfast alone consists of 14oz of fresh broccoli, onions, tomatoes, and spinach sauteed into 4 eggs… a protein pancake with 1/2 avocado and olive oil, and a banana. That’s at 6am. By 9am, I’m drinking a 40g protein shake. 11am, i eat 8oz chicken with some brown rice and broccoli…
then theres lunch, afternoon snack, preworkout snack, post workout shake, dinner, and then another shake. But I’m 6’3" 235lbs and actually trying to stay this way. I know if I am hungry, I already fucked up.
Gym 3 days a week is not adequate for considering a cycle of illicit substances. Get TRT. Follow up with these suggestions you’re getting.
