Test cyp and anavar

I’m 31 I’ve trained hard naturally for 15 years built a good base I’m 175 centimetres and weigh 78kg at 12% bodyfat good strength base

I’ve planned to run test cyp starting at 250mg weekly for 12-14 weeks and anavar 30mgs daily for 6-8

I have all my liver and kidney support

Any tips with increasing the test weekly ? I’m happy to go up to 500mgs weekly

I have my pct set up with hcg nolvadex and clomid

any recommendations or tips to look out for

If you want to run 500mg per week then start there. It takes 5-6 weeks for the test to fully saturate your blood.
Add in the anavar later in the cycle when lifts stall.

Basically what @s.gentz stated. Keep an AI handy at that dose as you may need a bit but use it sparingly. For example I use .125mg compounded of Arimadex per week. A little goes a long way.

Can I not use some nolvadex if I get high estrogen symptoms ?

No you don’t but you run the risk of letting estrogen out of control.

Nolva is a serm. It blocks estrogen at breast receptor sites. Does not block estrogen conversion nor lower it in your blood.

This is personal. We are all different. Some guys can run 800 mg/wk test with no issues. Some have issues on 100mg/wk. only way to know is by bloodwork or with more experience by feel.

Going against the norm here. Have you tried training in/with different modalities before heading into PED’s? I firmly believe it’s achievable to reach a much higher muscular bodyweight with similar bodyweight percentage - as a natural. How’s your strength numbers in the big 3 lifts? What does “trained hard” mean? Your numbers after 15 years (!) of training indicate you’re more of a metcon athlete.

@s.gentz beat me to it with a very through and sound response as always. If your only side effect is nipple tenderness / lump then Nolva is fine. If you’re getting erectile, emotional or excess bloating then an AI is likely better.

Last march I got down to 6% bodyfat and weighed in at 68kg at 5ft 9’’

I believe im at my genetic ceiling in terms of muscle size perhaps not muscular development
