Did a m1t cycle 5 months back, gained 21 lbs lean mass. Kept 17lbs after PCT.
Have done my research, read Cy Willson’s article. Freinds are moderate users. But im now curious, what you guys would suggest is a good first time BEGGINNER test cycle, and for 8 weeks or 12 is a good idea?
im weighing my options with either enanthate? or cypionate?.
Just wondering which one you guys would suggest.
at 18 i would say don’t take the plunge quite yet, let your body get to its genetic potential before doing so, you will be glad you did

Listen man, I’m sure you’ve probably heard this before, but you really shouldn’t be considering juice at your age/experience.
I know it’s tempting but you should really give yourself a chance to gain naturally before you start considering juice.
You need to build up a good foundation naturally, get a good few years of solid natural training and dietary experience.
Then, when you decide to juice, you will be able to apply this knowledge and experience well and your gains will be amplifieed far beyond what you will experience if you simply jump into juicing now.
Sure, you could juice now and I wont lie, you will get fast gains. In the long run though, your gains will be FAR better if you wait.
in my experience, the guys who start juicing young, or when they have very little experience in the gym and have not built up a good natural base, burn out REALLY early and usually have a shelf life of a few years before they essentially quit lifting or become “part timers”.
If you juice now, you’r simply selling yourself short.
This applies to prohormones also, which nobody should use IMO.
I’m not being a dick, but if you are 18 then it’s really young to start using. You have at least 2 or 3 years now where your test levels are going to be sky high, take advantage of it and grow all you can naturally. I truly believe that once you have cycled, your levels will never go back as high as they were naturally, you can get close but not the same.
Nice job on the gains from the M1T, that stuff can and will supress you as well, so be carefull. I ran MAG-10 at 20, so I won’t bust ya too hard. Please listen to everyone here and hold off for a while. Good luck.

I hope you’re not writing in Caps cause you angry, because that is a good way to get no info fast.
Doing Test for a first cycle is a good choice since it is already an endogenous hormone. By choosing just one compound you can determine where your sides come from.
You’ll have plenty of time to add from there. You may want to throw in an oral as well, or just go all out and pick a few compounds. The choices are limitless. Choose whatever Test suits your fancy, they are very similar compounds differing in their respective half lives.
