Hi all so after almost 4 years of serious working out and 2 years of serious lurking i need some help/opinions for my first cycle.
Age:24 (25 this june)
Height:5’8
Weight:175LBS
BF%: roughly 11-13%
Running 10 week cycle
Test C: w 1-10 600mg a week (2x300mg fri/mon)
EQ: w 1-10 400mg a week (2z200mg fri/mon)
AI: Letrozole splitting 2.5mg pills taking a 1/4 E3d
PCT: Nolva w 11 25mg 2xday w 12-14 25 mg a day
Supplements: Whey 35g protein shakes,3600mg of fish oil a day 1200x3,3600mg of flax oil a day 1200x3,and 4000iu of vitamin D
Goal: 200LBS hoping to stay at about 190 after PCT and get BF down to maybe 9-10%
Questions:
1)I don’t find very much about letrozole (i couldn’t get any adex) on the forms except for a few post talking about how strong it is and to take .25mg-.50mg eod i’m taking a little a more since i can’t spit the pills any more than 1/4 i’m taking a 1/4 of 2.5mg e3d is this okay for ai?
2)being that this is my first test cycle (i’ve done oral gear b4… wasn’t to satisfied. i did a 6w cycle of winny n a 6w var cycle about a year apart) I was wondering if my goals are realistic on a 10w cycle of TEST n EQ im doing a 6 day split (arms/legs/shoulders/back/chest in this order) and alternating between chest and arms for doing a 2x a week being that these body parts i feel need the most work o and i do calves 2x a week cuz i need to balance out legs as well

My diet goes something like this in the morning i drink a 35g protein shake with 1 table spoon of olive oil,milk and a banana in it go to wrk eat n every 2.5 hours frm then i eat the same thing all day… half a plate of chicken and half a plate of veggies.
i get home have another shake same recipe hit the gym get home from the gym another shake then after i shower n relax a bit i eat dinner which is usually a quarter plate of rice half a plate of chicken and another quarter of veggies…
on the weekend i usually cheat but not like ice cream candy ect… it’ll go something like this have pancakes eggs and beacon for breakfast,a whole pizza for lunch,and a burger with french fries from a mom and pop shop for dinner… and i do have 2 shakes usually on those days as well right when i wake up and before i sleep.
i was considering “frontloading” but decided not to cuz it’s my first time
please any good information/suggestions/correction/opinions would be greatly appreciated
i’ll post some no flex pics just so you get an idea of my body type and were i am right now and if i get a good response i’ll post the after 10 week results
P.S. i tore my acl last year thats why my left leg is a little big bigger than my right leg
