Test C+EQ Cycle

if he is using the EQ for 10 weeks, shouldn’t he stay on test for an extra week (week 11) and start PCT on week 13 for optimal recovery?

I’ve ran this cycle a handful of times. It’s a good one. Personally i’d stay on for 14-15 weeks… 12 at the absolute least cause of long ester attached to EQ ( Undecylenate )to get the maximum effect of the EQ.

As far as using your AI Letro is a little strong. Pick up some Aromasin you should be straight since EQ doesn’t aromatize much. Aromasin will be strong enough for any problems you may have with gyno.

Keep your protein at 1.5 per lb and don’t go overboard with carbs. Get your healthy fats too.

1 more thing… If you have any problems with your BP do more cardio and supplement with dandelion root. Have fun!

Yea, pretty much. But an 11 week cycle with test e would have PCT starting in week 14 not 13

so it has been about a month since i started this bulking cycle… i guess i have good genes as far as hair loss cuz i’ve experience none so far… slight acne on the forehead for about 2 weeks but gone now. i feel the same mentally not too aggressive or anything i’ve always been a pretty laid back person tho. I’ve gained some weight i’m 187 (12 pounds) right now… i don’t think too much of that is water tho i’ve been taking my letrozole (my sex drive was dead so i reduced the dosage to half of wut i was running before) i do have a little extra fat around the waist (visually) and i took some measurements of my arms before and after they have grown a half inch.

As far as this hugh rise in sex drive i never really quite experienced it due to the letrozole i’m guessing i hardly have morning wood lately so these are some of the reasons why i’ve lowred my letrozole doseage (its hard but i’m cutting a 2.5 mg pill into 1/12s and taking E3D lol) In the gym i can tell i’m a lot stronger i’m setting new PR with each visit and my old 1rm is easliy done 2-3 times i’m kind of in a shitty situation at work they changed my shift to 5pm-2am and i’m averageing 3 hours overtime a day…

so i’m pretty tired lately and feel like i haven’t been able to hit the gym as hard and as long as i’ve wanted too but i’m making the best of it… i’m already thinking about PCT and my next cycle. i’ve also decided to extended my cycle to 12 weeks just because i have enough juice and didn’t feel the difference till about week 3.

questions:

so during and after PCT till my next cycle how should i train/eat? i thought maybe the same as i was doing on cycle to keep my gains???

should i start using some creatine now or wait till PCT?

i saw on one forum BBB saying something about runnning 8week PCT than 8weeks being more productive than a 12 week… i was considering this but i was thinking maybe runing a cutting cycle for the second 8 weeks good idea or bad idea? i’m a little uncomfortable with the amouth of fat on my body right now espeically being that beach time is around the corner wut do you guys think?
i can always bulk up more after summer…

O an addition to my first question how long will it be till it is safe to say i’m at the point where i have kept most of my gains? right after pct? a month/two months after pct? so i can begin to cut down my calorie intake and start doing some cardio again

just my luck…ive been writing down all the schedule notes disscussed in this post cuz i was gonna do this for my first cycle, did Alot of searching around on the internet for places to get my gear. finally found one that seemed as trustworthy as you could expect from anything online, read customer feed back and such. waited almost 5 weeks to get my delivery and finally sent an email to the place asking “wtf”? and yep, you guessed it…email came back said email address doesn’t exist. :frowning: now i dont know what to do. all of the forums that even talk about sources are more than 3 years old and not updated.

thank you. im still lookin. i have my diet nailed and have been workin for quite sometime to get into the habits needed but i got it. been workin hard for about 6 years now in the gym 3 times a week, but i started late and im now a month away from 34 so i think genetics have run the course. not complaining, i look and feel great but just wanna get more gains like i did when i first started :slight_smile:
