I need a few things defined for me if you don’t mind as I plan out what I am going to do on my next “Mass” macrocycle.
First off, i have looked around, but does
“Detraining”
Simply mean lowering intensity, sets, weight etc?
Also, could somebody elaborate on
“post-tetanic potentiation” is this simply wave loading? I.e., low reps at high weight, followed by highre reps at somewhat lower weight (to facilitate greater lifting of that lower weight?)
