I’m backlogging through the previous issues (once again) and I’ve taken an interest in Jerry Telles proposed methods. (Issue 47) My question to any of you is pertaining to “Superdrops”. I’m wondering which of these two ideas is more valid. It may be just a matter of personal muscular response though.
As far I can formulate, 1)is the superdrops method going to continually pound the type IIb fibers because each lift is maximal, or 2) will it just fatigue the fibers more efficiently over their whole range?
