My best competition lifts are a 473 squat, 264 bench, 518 deadlift, and 1229 total. When NASA updates the top 100, Iāll be at around #15 for high school and teen unequipped powerlifting (the two are combined in to one ranking separate from the mens divisions, I compete in teen). This is at 198.
Iām hoping to move down to 181 for a meet in July.
