You gained weight. Your lifts went up too. Nice work.

Do u feel deadlift is risky for teens?

17yo. 260lbs. Gym lifts: squat 460/ bench 340/ dead 405x3

18 years old, all gym @230 lbs

250/405/550

18 220 at last meet 501, 402, 501 in singly ply
18 235 gym 575, 450, 525 in singly ply gear dead i do raw

Only 1 more month as a teen

CURRENT PRS @ 220
610 squat multi
495 mult bench
507 pull double ply

Not really into sanctioned power lifting, but I play football
at 19 they are
bench-365
squat- 465
deadlift- 515

16, 155lbs, 100% raw

Squat: 365lbs
Bench: 225lbs
Deadlift: 340lbs

My best competition lifts are a 473 squat, 264 bench, 518 deadlift, and 1229 total. When NASA updates the top 100, I’ll be at around #15 for high school and teen unequipped powerlifting (the two are combined in to one ranking separate from the mens divisions, I compete in teen). This is at 198.

I’m hoping to move down to 181 for a meet in July.
