I’m sure the 5 18 year olds were as happy as could be after banging teach. What a travesty of justice this is , not to mention a waste of tax dollars.

I was a teacher in Texas and I like the law. It’s to prevent teachers from grooming kids when they are underage. No teacher should be banging their students. There is a power discrepancy there.

Teachers shouldn’t be doing students any more than drill instructors should be doing recruits, or a preacher doing members of their flock. However; the sentence is extreme.
