Im a newbie here but i been traning for about 10years.Right now im about 195lbs and 14 to 15% bodyfat.
Im 6feet tall by the way…
im 32 and im in a good shape overall but would like to push further, i mean i would like to drop to 10-11% bf.
Just starting this week the Waterbury summer project who seems really good.Where im confuzed is about the diet,been reading a lot of stuff on the site, the anabolic diet is very popular but Waterbury recommend tdawg 2.0 with the program.
Im just wondering which one would be better ,advantages etc…
I just dont get how im gonna loose fat with the anabolic diet by eating bacon and lots of fat…
Please help!!
