TC's Push/pull

hey just wondering if anyone has ever used/tried TC’s push/pull workout. i was looking over it and it looks like a legit routine, i just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it to see what sort of results i can expect. heres the link in case you arent familiar with the workout.

I’ve never done it personally, but one of my buddies has done it a few times and likes it enough to keep using it every now and then.
