Just to add to the discussion, havent a lot of people on this board spoke highly of Big Beyond Belief, which on the 4 way is basically 2 FBs a week and a 2 way split?

Obviously I dont think any top level BBer does this, but I think there are people that have gone well beyond “in shape” with it

Is it time for the monthly fullbody vs split routine again? Sorry, I’ve been away for awhile.
