Regarding the TBT program, during the weeks you are training antagonists muscles specifically. Do you rest between each exercise or between each paired exercises (supersets …) ?
Thanks for your help,
Steph

I think CW recommends to rest between exericses.
Example.
Do A1 rest prescribed time
Do A2 rest
repeat A1 then A2 for prescribed number of sets.
Hope that helps

I did them as supersets when I did TBT. I think CW said that was the way to do them in a thread from his locker, but I don’t remember where exactly.
Thanks for the response guys but now I’m really confused … which one is it officially ?

Sorry for the confusion. I was wrong. I double checked and CW said it’s exercise - rest - antagonistic exercise - rest - etc.
