Taking Fat Loss Stimulants?

hey coach,

upon the numerous pages that i have read on your forums, i had stumbled across a page where you had said something about your take on using fat burners. i am doing your fat loss program and i just wanted to use a fat burner for a short amount of time (short because i know this effects your insulin sensitivity, which would be detrimental to fat loss in some cases).

i think you had said that a good amount of time would be like two weeks at maximum? or am i mistaken? i think the main question i am trying to ask is how long would you recommend taking stimulants?

pretty sure its like one to two weeks

thanks,
dayne

Yeah, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off[/quote]

Thanks CT,

one more thing i forgot to ask, when would be the best time to take them? the ones that i take call for one dose in the morning, which i dont have a question about, but also a second dose. i am guessing it should be taken AFTER my workout which is later in the early afternoon? if so, how long after? especially if i am taking whey protein 15 minutes after my workout.

30-45 minutes BEFORE your workout

Mr. CT,

do you strongly recommend not to exceed the 2 serving a day Power Drive warning, even if we were to workout more than 2 times a day or weigh over a certain amount of pounds.

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Sincerely,
Vince

Are there any stimulants, or “pick me up stacks”, that DON’T decrease insulin sensitivity, and DON’T inhibit GH secretion?
(besides L-tyrosine…)

So where would Biotest’s own brand product fall into the mix?
Are fat burners actually necessary?

My question rather than are they necessary… is whether they are actually truly beneficial?
