Not because I want to its work, gonna be out of the country for a little bit. I hope this doesn’t effect my gains that I have made in the last few months. I will see what happens in the gym as soon as I get back. My training so far has been great, bench 340 dead lift 405 squat 335 and OHpress is 205. Everything was going good until I have to reset my training when I get back. Just want to thank Jim for all his info in Beyond 5/3/1 well worth the money.

Sometimes a wee break is better than training however maybe a few weeks will set you off track a little.
I wouldn’t worry about it however, because as The Hollies once sang, the road is long…
