haha people took the post way toooooo far.
I was asking if, ONLY IF, I coulnd’t workout in that period… what would be good ways to keep my gains.

Dude if you’re lazy and don’t want to work out just admit it to yourself. It’s no excuse not to work out because you’re going to visit some unis. If that’s your shear dedication towards training then it will most probably reflect in your academic performance mate. You want to preserve muscle? Grow a pair and workout.

Having said that, if you’re healthy the norm is that 3 weeks of no weight lifting will result in a visible reduction of body mass. There are no magic supplements to replace training, but you could get your daily multi V, healthy fats and just enough carbs and protein to allow a decent maintainance and minimize fat gain. It’s just common sense man. Now GTFO and make it a point that you going to lift, for your own good.
