Take anything with Mag-10 to increase uptake?

Are there any tips or directions you can give me to increase the uptake of MAG-10??

Should I take Mag-10 on an empty stomach? With food? Any specific time? Any specific food or drink I should take it with?

All these questions have been answered in the MAG-10 Support Group threads. Basically, no. The supplement is already optimized. You can take it with or without food. You can hold it under your tongue or not. You don’t have to take it near your workout for it to work.
