Depleted but feel good about it
Looking real dry, legs coming through now too. Nice
Looking good.

This is really impressive. Best of luck.
Really to roll. Go get em.
Well…
2nd place to the short guy. Just as my wife snapped this pic the guy stood up so I’ll have more to follow.
Amazing job mate. Well done for having the commitment and hard work to follow through and get up there. Looked pretty good to me, can’t wait to see the other pics.
Been following for most of this log. Looks like it all went to plan.
I have 0 knowledge of body building judging. However are you happy with that? What was the feed back from the judgement? Any work ons for next time. If there is a next time.
Yeah. Size on legs chest and calves. And if possible shrink 6 inches.
But I like having goals so I’m gonna shoot for next year.
The best part has been the literal overall change in how i see food, intake and it’s effects. The donuts I thought I had go have today were too sweet. So i had a protein pancake instead.
I think it broke some life long bad habits in me. So even if you don’t plan on competing, doing a serious, months long prep can be soul changing. In a good way.
Took me 2 decades to finally see my body doesn’t like low carb, high fat.
I’ve been low to low/moderate fat for almost a year and it was a game changer
Looks like the conditioning all came together, and the tan always makes a real final difference.
Great work. Pics really shows how much work you put in, congrats!

Sir you look great and really did an amazing job. Well done again.
Good place to be post show. Keep your head straight and you’ll make the most of your time to improve!
Congrats again on the prep and showing!

crazy thing is im not craving “shit” food. I went back to week one diet of prep and added some carbs. feel good and workouts are insane. I’m gonna allow the occasional junk on leg day but rebound hasnt been bad at all. Used to have a mean coke zero issue. Havent had one in weeks and dont miss it.
Yeah I’ve experienced that too. I think it’s been more of a mental release post show eating than anything. I’ve followed plans from 2 weeks out post show, only adding an extra bowl of oatmeal and some extra Ezekiel bread with jelly to my lunch and felt absolutely great.
Sounds like you’ve got a handle on everything brother!

Awesome work. Judging was off in my opinion, but things can be different in person. Next year should be yours if the competition stays the same level.
That’s honesty the best part. I’m beyond motivated for next year. It lit a fire
