Starting to dial in. Looking good mate.

at what point do you stop leg workouts?

A week or even two weeks out, depending on how much you might hold inflammation. You’re not gonna be losing anything in terms of lbm those last couple of weeks, so if you’re not sure, I’d stop 2 weeks (or maybe 10 days) out and hope for some good crispness on game day.

10 days out today.
Legs are small but have somewhat come around

so any advice for coming off this diet without significant rebound?
I want to ease back to a clean bulk soon for may show

Best advice is to look at the entirety of what you’re doing. Not just diet, but even your cardio regimen. Reversing diet in a complete 180, or going from doing daily cardio to doing none, are going to be the worst options available. I’ve always found if I can take reasonable steps, to reverse both, then I usually reach a sustainable level of leanness and still eating pretty close to off-season.

Most people seem to be doing a ton of cardio right before a contest, so I would always suggest scaling back the cardio in larger changes then adjusting your diet. If you can keep your diet still fairly close to what it has been, think 90% the same as you did last week, but pulling back on how much cardio you’ve been doing, and then each successive week adjust a little more and a little more, you could be in a pretty darn good place in just 3 to 4 weeks, while still being honest with yourself if you’re going to fast or too slow in getting to that ideal comfort level.

Good, don’t do anything stupid. If you don’t have a specific plan, or you haven’t tested out how your body is going to react to certain last week approaches, just be smart and stay the course.

Got a coach and a plan.
Nothing weird
Thanks man
Almost go time
