wtf would you do tabata squats or a widowmaker
Personally, I’d get a haircut.

The hair is extra resistance for the workout, it looks like it’d add a fair bit of weight.

The purpose of each exercise is very different. Why would you compare the two? Because each makes you out of breath?
widowmakers. Nothing like hobbling away after a workout.

Yeah I agree. Some do widowmakers because they actually like to train legs hard. No “jump on the leg extension for a few sets and do some 1/128th rep leg presses with all the plates and your buddy on top” bullshit leg training.
A DC window maker? good shit, goood shit…

Looks as if you have snakes on your head. hehhohhaha
And what the hell is a widowhat?
If you need to ask you dont deserve to do a widowmaker !

I doubt you’ve done any real widowmakers if you’re even asking this question.
Tabata squats, isn’t that used a lot by those crossfit koolaid people? Also isn’t it great for fat loss versus building mass?

no i havent done a widowmaker and i guess after thinking about tabata looks perfect for those crossfit koolaid people. they both leave you dead so thats why im sayin
Dreadlocks!!
I’d do tabata if I’m trying to lose weight and the widowmaker if I was trying to gain weight.

im looking to gain and i knew before posting the question that widowmakers are better for that, that’s obvious, but i still wanted to see what people thought of those two methods
tabata= fat burning.
widowmakers= hell. if you do em with the right weight, hell. o and for mass.
im sure tabata is freaking brutal, considering dan john wrote about how a guy who could front squat like 500 lbs was puking after doing it with 95lbs, but im a lean guy so i cant vouch for them being hellish, although i dont doubt that they are.
