T2-Pro Results

Just wanted to pass along some info. I’ve been training two women and helping them with their diets off and on for a couple of years. (They’re family members.) Both could always lose 10 pounds but then they would stop losing, get discouraged and go back to their old habits. This time around I suggested they both use T2-Pro along with MD6. They followed some of Chris Shugert’s advice on carb intake, eating about 100 grams a day, and didn’t combine any of those carbs with fats according to JB’s articles. I made a basic 3 day a week weight training program for them and they did some walking about twice a week.

Anyway, both have lost about 15 pounds now in record time with no sign of slowing down. Both made it past their previous sticking points. They each have about 10 - 15 more pounds to lose but they’re on their way. I think the T2Pro really made the difference this time around for them. So anyway, thumbs up to T2-Pro and the information at this site!!!

Keep us posted. My wife always has that same problem. It’s also a 10 pound sticking point. I’ll read up on T2pro.
