T-Supplements

Hello all…

I’ve experimented w/ a stack of ZMA, Trib, and an estrogen inhibitor…it seemed to work well as strength gains were surprising and lean mass increases were OK. I am taking 3 or 4 weeks off, but when I get back I am thinking of trying out some of these Biotest products…

Here is the catch…March 23rd to April 23rd I want to lose 8 or so LBs of fat while maintaining muscle (maybe even gain 1 to 2 LBS) AND I am looking to improve my baseline strength by 2 to 5% so as to make more gains in May/June.

Here is my plan for Month 1…any suggestions on the supplements would be great…timing and doses that have worke d for you would be helpful…Also which supplements require cycling (if any)…

Diet: 6 to 7 meals- Morning meal 60 Grams of Carbs 30 Grams of Protein 15 Grams of fat…Postworkout meal is Surge…and rest of meals are high protein low carbs moderate fat…half whole food, half shakes…I have a casein protein prior to bedtime. Although some are not proponents of Glutamine and Creatine I am at around 10 Grams per day on each. Also when cutting I take a thermogenic and am open to suggestions for a new one.

Cardio: 3 days per week, 20 to 25 minutes high intensity…I will likely do interval training w/ sprints of 100M, 200M, and 400M. When I am cutting I usually ride my bike to do basic things, so I’ll probably do about 20 Miles spread out across each week.

Weight Training: on separate days I will do: Arms, Back, Chest, Legs, Shoulders…w/ Abs and Calves as finishers 2 and 3 times per week. I am planning on doing 20 to 24 sets total for each workout (not including abs and calves).

Finally…my stats are as follows.

5’10" 190 Lbs, 14% BF

BP- 1RM 305 LBS
Incline 1RM 245 LBS
Squats 1RM 565 LBS
Deadlift 1RM 355 LBS
Pullups 20 Reps

Need to improve Deadlifts…

So in short I want to improve about 2 to 5% in each of the major lifts, shed about 8 LBs of BF, and at least maintain current muscle levels. I think my diet and workout plan is on target, but am wondering if supplementing w/ a test stack would be helpful in acheiving these goals…

Finally, I know everyone has their own goals. As a 31 year old non-competitive body builder I would like to be very strong for my size and get to a lean weight of 195 at 10% BF. That is my 1 year target. Other goals are to BP 200% of my bodyweight.

For a thermogenic try HOT-ROX Maximum Strength. Methoxy-7 is also good and a great stack with Alpha Male. It all depends on your budget.
