T Replacement for Health?

I’m having a difficult time trying to decide whether to pursue T Replacement. Would be interested in your thoughts about using it, not necessarily as a result of dramatically low T, but more as a health measure to stem the ever pressing age related hindrances. Age 53, workout hard and in overall good health. Always thoughts about can I be better and whether, much like good eating and some supplements, are their things I can do to improve myself. More of a philosophical question about how far to go to improve oneself rather than a specific question about me.
