I have been stuck in Act 2 Inferno, complelty bored now. Farming act 1 and can’t kill an elite in act 2…

You have to stack resist and vitality as a barb. A weapon with at least 500 life on hit is fairly cheap and keeps you alive. Use all attacks that have shielding or life steal to survive/escape. The best setup is to get a friend who can pound on them from a distance while you hold them in place.
