I am going to start the T-Dawg diet, and was wondering about MRP’s. The only one recommended in the diet is Grow, but I can’t find it and the people at GNC have never heard of it. What is comparable, and do I even need an MRP at all? I just recently started watching my diet, after working out randomly on my own for about five months I lost about 20 pounds but then got stuck. I have been lifting 3-5 times a week for the last five weeks and I am now in my first week of GVT 2000. After doing this for 3-4 weeks I plan to do Meltdown. I am also taking Twinlab Amino Fuel and Diet Fuel. When I go on the T-Dawg diet should I stop taking those or are they ok? Do I really need an MRP?
Forgot to add:

185 and stuck
Trying to get pro/carb/fat intake to 40/30/30 but I am new at this “proper diet” thing. I’m sure I will get there eventually. I guess it doesn’t really matter if I am going to be on this diet, huh? Any help?
Champion Nutrition carries an MRP called Ultramet which is very, very similar in taste, (and in protein/carb/fat grams to Low Carb Grow!) the chocolate flavored Classic Grow! I’ve never had any of the other flavored ultramet, but aside from grow it is the best tasting (and cheapest) stuff out there (I’ve tried myoplex, metrix, and grow!). You definitely want to find some sort of MRP, or at least a whey protein powder.
On a similar note, I can’t find anyone that sells Biotest in my area (Tallahassee, Fl. if anyone knows of a place the info would be greatly appreciated). So I get my Biotest stuff from www.dpsnutrition.com. They are the cheapest online prices I have found for every supplement I look for. And their service and delivery has always been excellent.
Order it from Biotest.com or Netrition.com, I just got my 3 jugs of grow and 2 jugs of surge and it only took 3 days to get here and you will save money if you order through either of the two. Don’t go to GNC they are too expensive.
