T-Dawg Diet Calories After Week One

After the first week, THE T-DAWG 2.0 DIET says to drop 500 calories, and the week after do the same as needed, etc. So if your carbs are fixed at 100 GRAMS TRAINING/70 NON-TRAINING, and your protein is set at 1.5 X BODYWEIGHT, and the fat intake stays consistantly high, from where do I take the calories? Do I just take away calories from the fat? Do I ever lower my protein intake from the intial protein intake amount as my weight decreases? Am I making this too difficult? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT!

CURRENTLY: BW(226LBS) X 15 = 3390 CAL/DAY
BW(226LBS) X 1.5 = 339 GRAMS/PROTEIN/DAY
100 GRAMS CARBS TRAINING DAYS
70 GRAMS CARBS NON TRAINING DAYS
RATIO: FAT 51%/PROTEIN 41%/CARB 8% NON TRAIN
FAT 49%/PROTEIN 40%/CARB 11% TRAINING
