T-Dawg Carb-Up

What is recommended for calorie and carb intake during the Saturday carb-up on the T-dawg? Thanks in advance.

It varies for each individual depending on your weight and current bodyfat… Your carb up day should be a “cheat day” yet if your bodyfat is high you can’t afford to cheat too much compared to if it was low (15% or higher being high, ~12% being Moderate, 10% or lower being low). Your calorie count isn’t going to be higher or lower than any other day the food choices are just going to differ from high protein/fat to high carbs BUT DONT GO OVERBOARD.

If your bodyfat is high you should carb up with “clean carbs” or unproccessed carbs so no zebra cakes and pizza. Oatmeal, fruits, potatoes, veggies, rice and so on.

If its low than you can afford to smoke one and go to pizza hut, I mean go to pizza hut.

Whatever you do don’t go overboard, listen to your stomach and don’t pull a Cartman for the day.
