Is it wise to combine T-Dawg dieting with Delta 1250 exercise program (GVT/overeating and GBC/undereating phase), or is it important that the dietary approach is inclined towards classic 60 % cals from carbs? I dumped a bucket of fat lately using Anabolic diet and T-Dawg diet and have to give it a final touch, but I want to change things and shock the metabolism again… so I came up with this idea. Every advice would be greatly appreciated because I do not know which way to go now after doing T-Dawg/GBC program…
