Anyways, would like an apology here.

You havent been here long enough to be “a go to advice person.” By your numbers you definitely have the makings of one though!

I don’t mean to hijack this thread, but could someone please tell me how to ge shredded and diced. I weigh 149, at 5’11 and would love to look like Brad Pitt.

Also, my gym doesn’t have a curl rack, so can I substitute one arm thera ball curls using kettlebells?

My max curl is 45lbs. and would like to break 50. I am “on” soy protein, but please don’t tell my Mom.

My friends all say I am HYUUUUUUGE, and hardcore.

The only way to get hYUUGer is to do cheat reps.

Very fast negative and bounce off of the bottom with preacher curls.

Use near max. Go down fast!
Thats Hardcore!

I guess you have room to whine for the good ole’ days, PGA.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Daly is much than 200 pounds AND a professional. If you don’t want to be 200 pounds, just admit it. Don’t hide behind some feeble excuse.

He can swing a golf club all year round, I cannot. I cant touch a club from November to May (weather, school and full-time job). I used to be able to do that. I would swing all year round (indoor training facility) and I was better then. When the season starts it takes time to adjust to the new weight.

This year it took me a very long time because I put a lot on fast, 28lbs in 3 months. If you gain any significant weight and cannot continue to something related to form during the gain period, the form will be altered whe you resume. Very rarely does it go smooth.

I will eventually get to the weight I want to, AA knows ;). When I get there I’ll see how everything fits. If it doesnt work out for me I will adjust in whatever way is necessary.
