Swithing Back to Isolation For a Few Weeks

I have been thinking of switching back to isolation workouts for a couple of weeks what I have been doing is full body workouts since january 1st then I switched to pure body weight after 8 weeks on CW’s TBT then did Lift fast get big now I am thinking of doing an Isolation for a few weeks to see how I respond. Does anyone have any suggestions? on where I could find a program like that

Don’t do a workout that’s all isolation movements, I can’t think of a program that’d be good if that’s all it had.

Also why stop, you gained 20-25 pounds, not bad, I’d keep doing that.

If you gained 20-25lbs, then keep EATING the same way, but if the programs you are using aren’t working change them.

You can gain 20-25lbs doing any program, but if its not for you or you don’t do it right maybe that was 20lbs of pure fatassness.

what did your BW routine look like? Not trying to be a dick, I really want to know.

Shit my mistake… I did mean a split. Does anyone have any good recomandations, right now I am looking to cut up a little bit.

Which will kick your ass if you use it properly. then I did alot of stuff working on planches (basically push ups with my hands at my waist). Supported hand stand push ups. Rope climbing.

Other shit too but I can’t remember now. but thats bout it
