I have been thinking of switching back to isolation workouts for a couple of weeks what I have been doing is full body workouts since january 1st then I switched to pure body weight after 8 weeks on CW’s TBT then did Lift fast get big now I am thinking of doing an Isolation for a few weeks to see how I respond. Does anyone have any suggestions? on where I could find a program like that
Durring the above period of time I gained around 20-25 pounds.
Which will kick your ass if you use it properly. then I did alot of stuff working on planches (basically push ups with my hands at my waist). Supported hand stand push ups. Rope climbing.
