“Why is she going over the bar with her chin and then extending her arms fully on the bottom?”
–Question asked by almost every guy at my gym who mostly kip or do 1/4 ROM
P.S.
Nice work on the chins, that was awesome.

Excellent form and strength on those chins. You should be proud. Put’s many posers to shame.
You are a pull up beast! That was very impressive!
Now THAT is impressive!!!
Snap is on FIRE!! Very motivating, I LOVE IT!!
Thanks for all the nice comments!
Today
Decided to try to work pushups like I’ve been doing chins. Really focus on form and be able to bang off a bunch and look impressive. I’ve never been very good at pushups. Can do more chins than pushups at this point, which is probably unusual.

Great chinning strength Snap. Speaking of unusual, it seems like you “rest” at the top (or are you pausing for the fans?) -which means your bicep strength would make all those 17 yr old squat rack curlers green with envy.
Isn’t your husband a rock climber? I think you’re a product of your environment…
p.s. that pic of your kids reminds me of those Polo by Ralph Lauren magazine ads.
Dam snap those chins were impressive!

Yes, it’s a rest for me up there.

Yes, he is. But I’m not.
Today.
Stepups to high box with slow concentric and eccentric
3/10/12.5
This is a surprisingly difficult exercise. I see people step up and down on boxes like it’s nothing. But I do stepups like pistols, which makes them quite challenging.

Seated leg extension

NASA has a presence here in Colorado and offers push/pull meets, like Joe suggested. I may try one.

Ahh, the mountain elevations are closer to Mars! Very clever thinking.
I’m liking the chins in between your your other lifts. I bet you see your chin numbers jump from their already impressive level.
Yea on chins, did you try it? Definitely another strong point here.
Seems like you are able to still accomplish quite a bit, that has to be keeping you positive.
Happy for you. PUSH/PULL WHOOT!!
NASA = National Athlete Strength Association. Just another lifting federation. But they offer push/pull and Colorado USAPL does not.
Today. Quick in and out.

Lying L cuff stuff
Flat bench

Obviously I still have no plan.
Pussy dips (on a bench)
3/12
Tried the dip machine but the bars are too far apart for my narrow shoulders.
My dear, I took a video tonight, just for you.
Snap, just stopping by to see how you are getting along. I’m loving how you are working so successfully around your hip issues. Very inspiring.
About a week late on this, but WOW, great job on those chins!!!
Today.
Forgot my belt. Damn.

My daughter last night:
Busy time with hockey season and competitive gymnastics season.
Why do videos play so choppy and not synched up with the sound when linked to this site??

Nice work with the flips and all.
I thought it was just my videos. Go directly to youtube and view them there and see if it is the same deal.
