Sweet potatoes

Okay, what’s the deal with sweet potatoes? I know they are a great carb source, and low glycemic, but bottom line, I HATE them. I’d much rather have brown rice, or lightly cooked (or even raw) whole oatmeal. I’m planning on doing the 7 day to ultimate leanness program, but I can’t stomach the though of eating sweet potatoes. Just the smell of them turns my stomach. I’ll eat them if absolutely necessary, I’ve choked down nastier tasting stuff, but is there any logical reason that I can’t substitute brown rice and/or oatmeal?

Try them cold with cinnamon. It works like a charm.
