Peeing in the bushes adds at least 10lbs to your lifts.

Ouro have you checked to see if there is a tenancy clinic you can ask? Or if a law school has a clinic? There are quite a few out here, but we are the litigation leader most likely.

When I got home last night I had a fb message from the friend. He says he’s into moving in in July. He’s likely heading back out west after the summer so it could be a good short term solution for both of us.

In the mean time, I actually have to get something in writing from the current tenant stating his intentions.

I can hardly wait to get rid of him and his girl friend. The clearly both have mental health issues and the sooner I’m shut of them the better. You would have to have some kind of problem to invite someone to look after you after the had you falsely arrested resulting in your being jailed for three weeks right? Sometimes I wonder if I’m a bit harsh but the more I think about it, the less I want them around. If I didn’t live in the building, I wouldn’t worry about it but I do live here with my kids so I can’t ignore her presence.

I honestly don’t know. He was never my boyfriend per se. He was (and is again) a co-worker, a friend and a guy I fucked a few times. The fucking, while stellar, was a bad idea and I don’t really want to go that route again.

I’m going lighter this week kind of like a deload. I have 5 training weeks left to the Ottawa open. It’ll be light and back into gear on Saturday. I’m heading down to St. Catharine’s to work with my new shirt.

In the middle of my sets at 155, a guy was squatting in the rack next to be. He signals for me to take off my head phones. I’d kind of been watching the two guys. Anyway, he says, “You know, if you move the bar a bit higher on your back, it’ll be much easier to squat” I say “Oh rlly?” He is a chubby, soft looking guy.

When I’m done my sets I say to him. “just for future reference, your advice may be taken a bit more seriously if you aren’t 1/4 squatting with the pussy pad on the bar.” He had around 300 lbs loaded up and was doing power curtsies with the tampon. Okay, I’m a bitch. I put his nuts in my gym bag and threw them out when I got home. I wouldn’t have said anything if he wasn’t giving his friend all this advice and looking at me with a smug smile like he’d helped out the poor little girly.

That’s right, two back to back widow makers (plus an extra rep). I have the second one on video. I’m kind of making vomit noises at the end and the guy I’m sharing the rack with is laughing his ass off. Some of them are a bit high on the second set because he’d moved the pins up and I was too lazy to lower them. The bar whacked it a few times.

I just did the math. I did 102 squat reps with more than my bodyweight today. Fuck. My ass hurts.
