been a long time reader. try to do a lot of research, and wanted to start my first cycle…was planning to do what i think is the fairly common test e/deca cycle, 10-12 weeks.
the problem is that i could only get ahold of some “sustanon”.
there’s a lot less talk on these pages about sust than other esters, so I’m hoping someone can help me out… from my understanding, because of the long esters in the sust, i COULD inject e3d (even e4d or e5d), but everyone here seems to agree that sust should be pinned eod. what’s the biggest problem with pinning e3d instead? (“wasting” the short esters?).
i expect a few of you will say that i shouldnt bother with sust, esp for my first cycle. if you do, please give me some good reasoning and not just “sust sucks”.
possible cycle:
w1-11: sust “350”, 175mg eod
w1-9: deca 300 ew
w1-13: .25 adex e3d
w13.5-17.5: “standard” nolva pct (40/20/20/20)

yea im guessing it has prop in it and you would not be using it to its full potential. so if u are worried about inject frequency then probably go with test E or C.
Figure out the breakdown of what is in your product and adjust your pct from there. You will need to lilkey wait at least 2.5 weeks if there is some deconate in there.
So weeks 12 and 13 will be off and start pct mid week 14.
With 612.5 mg of test per week and 300 deca I would use .25mg EOD of adex and up your dosage from there if necessary. Around 1mg of adex per week while using close to a gram per week of AAS is not uncommon.
Id personally just drop to 20mg of nolva for the second week of pct as long as you are sure that all the test esters have cleared and you started pct at the appropriate time.
Sounds great i ran a Sus Deca cycle, at weeks 9/11 put in 300 mg deca ew, maybe some one could tell me but your on alot of Deca 9 weeks 300 mg ew, its your first course right.?
yeah, its my my first cycle. was sort of on the fence about doing deca or not, but i figured it would help somewhat with adding some mass, and those other ‘good’ side effects.
i’d appreciate more input, but everything that i’ve learned/read/heard about deca says that since its such a long ester, anything less than 8 weeks isn’t good. even at 9 weeks i feel like i might be cutting it short.
Ok, so what’s the pros/cons to doing the cycle with deca versus without? Is the general thinking that I’ll be able to monitor myself better without deca, and since its my first time, I’ll get just as good results?
First, what’s the thinking behind leaving deca out? Is it that I’ll be able to better judge my reaction to the sust, and that since it’s my first cycle, i’ll get the same results as if i kept the deca in? (I guess the question is, am i giving up anything by leaving the deca out?)
Second, and most of the people in this thread already know this, but I figure i’ll open it up to others: I turns out that I might have to take a trip at the end of Week3 in this cycle, which means I will be about 6 days between being able to pin… I’ve got varying response from people from it being unfortunate to it being a really really bad idea. Any other thoughts?
The only reason I suggest leaving out the deca is for convenience, nothing scientific, first cycle just keep it simple

ideally start your cycle when you get back,
if not next best option take two amps and a couple of needles it will not be hard to hide,
next best option go six days without no major drama there, if it was me personally and I was going 6 days without I would use orals during the six days.
