Sus 250, Primo, Provi, Winstrol & Anavar

Hi all, the last post i made was for my proposed first cycle doing Dbol/deca/winstrol & test E bulking up pre-contest. Due to problems with my source I had to find a new one and now i can’t do a bulking cycle and recover in time to start a new cutting cycle.

All reccomendations are from my coach, i’m looking into running the following pre-contest: Sus 250, Primo, Provi, Winstrol & Anavar. I understand with first cycles and such the general concensus i can see is that simple is better. I wont be running all at the same time, but i do intend to take these never the less I’ll take all advice on board and discuss with my coach.

Stats:
24y.o
230lbs @ 6’4"
5 years training
Diet: Approx 5000 calories on training days, 525g protein 100g fat 425g carbs.

Bump. Anyone?

If your coach is advising you to take those drugs why doesn’t he write your cycle?

I don’t mean to come off as an asshole but I’m of the opinion that one shouldn’t do a cycle one cannot write, unless under professional supervision from someone one completely trusts. It proves one doesn’t have a good understanding of how the drugs work and that increases the risks greatly. Just my point of view.

Im not asking for how to run it. I’m asking for any experience people have had with a similar stack etc and the results they got.

Too little drugs, IMO. Add GH, insulin, peptides, tren, M3 and for fuck’s sake, stop dieting, drugs will win this show for you!

I see what you did there

I’d like to ask you if it is not a problem to write down your daily diet plan.
I’m really interested how can someone eat this much calories.

Toy think eating 5k calories a day is some sort of feat or something?

First cycle, five compounds? You sound like a out of control gym rat whos nemesis started out lifting him in the gym.
I also dobt mean to sound like an asshole, but why throw caution to the wind? You need to live in your body fit the rest of your life, what if you destroy it? Your coach doesnt seem to have your health at best interest, just ab end resuly he may have seen or experienced with someone else.

We are all made differently; and react differently to different hormones. You clearly have no experience, and don’t evenseem to understand your errorin planning here.

End of comment, I suggest you do some research to understand what you’re mistakes are, what you’re risks are…

P.s You don’t have any of your doses laid out, training, a.I serms ect. Nobody can answer your question about experience, without laying out the proposed cycle.

I am mostly interested in the source of these 525 grams of protein, eating junk food you can easily eat 5k calories. Eating lean meat for protein source, that would be approximately 5 Lbs Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat)and also adding 70 grams of whey. I’m not most expert on this issue, but IMO this is just too much.

It is possible to eat too much protien too, and can be extremely detrimental to your health. But it taked alot

Well you gotta eat for the size your want to be. 30 more lbs and he’s eating 2grams per lb of bw. But I guess that’s not factoring in only lean body mass.

I dont eat any junk food to make calories, just one cheat meal each week to stay sane. Just for protein on a training day: 2 cups egg whites, 150g ground beef ( all meats weighed cooked), 500g chicken, 175g steak, 175g salmon, 50g walnuts, 60g hydrowhey post workout, 50g casein before bed. Carbs consist of white rice, oatmeal, potatoes & assorted vegetables (carbs with all but pre-bed meal, vegetable with all except breakfast).
