I had a question about taking Surge, and ZMA. I train at night, and usually after I get done training I take Surge, and go to bed. I was wanting to know though how long after I take Surge, when I should take ZMA?

I’d think that would be safe to take it ~1hr after Surge. I take my ZMA an hour after my last meal and I sleep like a baby
I personally wouldn’t go to bed aftertaking Surge as it’s so easily abosorbed you get a blood sugar crash when you went to bed. You would also be catabolic so I would recommend a slow digesting casien/whey blend an hour after you finish the Surge (30-50grams).Go to bed 30-60 mins after that.You could mix it with a small amount of water to make a thick ‘pudding’, even add a table spoon of peanut butter to.Take the ZMA 20 mins before the casien blend to allow it to absorb fully.
