Thanks for reading! I have been using Surge WOF pre and peri w/o, and have recently started using MAG-10, did my first pulse fast yesterday. I’ve been searching the forums and it seems like there might be more than one way to do it, but I was wondering what the best timing is to combine them.
It sounds like 2 scoops Surge WOF pre and peri w/o, 2 scoops MAG-10 post w/o, solid meal 30-45 min after that? If anyone can confirm or give some other suggestions, that would be great! Thanks!
