For weight loss, which is better Surge or Low Carb Grow!? I want it mostly for a general Protein “punch”.
I use Surge post workout- that is the only time I take it.
Low Carb Grow! I use religously throughout the day and right before I go bed.
For weight loss I’d go with Low Carb Grow! and take in most of my carbs early in the morning and post workout. Do a fat loss search it will go in alot more depth.

You really can’t compare the two. Surge is a during/post workout supplement only, Low Carb Grow! is for that extra protein throughout the day. You can take both as part of your supplement stack when cutting.
