Grow! or Metabolic Drive?

Is Grow! a slow protein and Metabolic Drive a fast protein. Otherwise would be Grow! good for taking in the morning or other times of the day before working out? Would Metabolic Drive be more for Post Workout taking. Thanks in advance.
